To learn more information about a specific product, click on the "SEARCH" link or the product image within the ONLINE SUPPLIES CATALOG and you will be taken to the item's detail page.
You can place a quote request one of two ways. Either click the "Request a Quote" button located on each page, or you can click the "info@arsenalpackaging.com" link to email a request.
Once we receive your request, a formal written quote will be emailed to you, or a customer service rep will contact you directly.
Ordering is easy, simply phone, fax or email us with your order details, payment and company information.
For corporate account customers within our regional distribution center area of greater Jacksonville and Northern Florida, including St Augustine, Gainesville, Palatka, Daytona Beach, Orlando and Southern Georgia, we provide a personal direct outside sales representative and inside customer service manager to support your account and ordering needs. You may simply contact your direct outside sales rep or your customer service manager to place your order via phone, fax or email.
We offer open account billing to businesses with payment terms of
NET 15 DAYS. You may submit a completed and signed
credit application to request open account billing terms. .
When ordering, you will need to provide your billing and shipping address, (be sure to note: your billing address must be entered exactly as it appears on your credit card statement). You may choose a preferred shipping method, and select your method of payment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, and Diners Club for credit cards, as well as company checks for prepaid orders.
ArsenalPackaging.com is required to collect sales tax on products and shipping and handling charges in the state of Florida. Florida resale tax exempt orders require a copy of your Florida Resale Certificate along with your completed
credit application.
Once you place your order, you will receive an email with your confirmation once your order has shipped.
For corporate account customers within our regional distribution center area of greater Jacksonville and Northern Florida, we provide on-site preventive and corrective maintenance and repair service for manual tools, semi-automatic and fully automatic strapping machines, stretch wrap machines, shrink wrap machines, taping machines, label printers and applicators, ink jet coders and stapling equipment we represent, including many systems from manufacturers we do not represent. Contact us for details about our proprietary customer maintenance programs, complimentary preventive maintenance agreements, in-plant service and in-house repair rates. We also service and repair any tools or machines shipped to our facility from anywhere. Contact us for details or an estimate.
Shipping your order
Arsenal Packaging uses UPS as our preferred shipping provider for website orders and small package orders. UPS provides free insurance up to $100 on all packages, and offers online package tracking. For our regional corporate accounts we deliver by our company fleet vehicles including free lift gate service, or by common carrier or UPS, whichever has been determined for your product mix or open account status. We reserve the right to ship via the United States Postal Service or other methods based on product, destination and account status.
Freight and Shipping charges
Shipping charges are calculated based upon the weight of the shipment and the destination or zip code. For our regional corporate accounts, our freight costs are;

Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of purchase. All orders placed on a weekend or holiday will be shipped out on the following second business day. Most orders reach our customers within two to four business days from time of shipment.

Shipping Restrictions
- We are currently shipping within the Contiguous 48 States and offer export shipping to Latin America only.
- ArsenalPackaging.com does not ship to P.O. Boxes
- ArsenalPackaging.com does not currently ship to military APO/FPO addresses
- ArsenalPackaging.com may choose to alter these shipping restrictions at any time. We also reserve the right to ship items with alternate carriers as needed.
If you are not completely satisfied with a product, items must be return within 7 business days of receipt for a replacement, credit or refund (less shipping). Customers are responsible for return shipping. Return merchandise must be shipped in original packaging and in resalable condition and are subject to 20% restocking fee. Please contact us by email: info@arsenalpackaging.com or by phone 904-363-6075 for assistance in processing your return request. No returns of any kind can be accepted without a Return Authorization Number.
Include the following information:
- Your invoice number.
- The item number of the products you wish to return.
- How many of each product you wish to return.
- The reason for the return. Is the item defective or damaged? Was the wrong item shipped?
- The condition of the item: opened or unopened.
We suggest shipping with a carrier that provides proof of delivery as items lost or damaged in transit cannot be credited.
Once our warehouse has processed your return, the refund will be applied to your credit account. Please allow up to 3 weeks for the processing of returned merchandise.
